This Wilton Mix for Gum paste helps you to create your very own gum paste/flower paste. It is easy to prepare, just add water to the mix and knead it well. You can also use this package in smaller portions. Preparation: combine 453 gram of mix and 60ml water in a large bowl. Stir until well mixed. Dust your work surface with confection’s sugar, turn out mixture on surface and knead like bread dough until mix is well worked in. Place in a tightly sealed plastic bag and let it rest for 15 minutes at room temperature. Turn out of surface lightly dusted with sugar. Knead for about 5 minutes, gradually working 35 gram of confectioner’s sugar. Mixture should be smooth and non-sticky. On the package you can find the extensive preparation and tips for the best result. Storage: use at once, or store at room temperature in a tightly sealed bag in a covered container. Refrigerate if storing longer than one week. Will keep up to six weeks. Can also be frozen. Content: 453 gram.
