Why we love Nordic Ware

There’s a reason a Nordic Ware Bundt pan is a baker’s favourite, the heavy cast aluminium browns evenly, holds crisp detail, and (with a good grease) releases the cake in one stunning piece. They more or less invented the Bundt, and after 75-plus years they’re still the best at it.
