Welcome to our Gift Registry service, it is our aim to assist couples in building their ultimate wish list for equipping their kitchen with products that will be with them for a lifetime of creating food memories in their new homes. We're delighted to share in this joyous occasion with both the couples and their guests, selecting the perfect gifts to mark this special occasion. Registering is convenient and easy and we welcome the opportunity to share in celebrating these special occasions with you all.

Within our website we have a general checklist which is a good way to start deciding what products you would like to place on your register. We also invite you to make an appointment with a Milly's consultant to guide you through your choice of gifts, answer any questions and discuss your specific needs. Once your gift selection is registered and you have verified it is accurate, your Register will be available for your guests to view and purchase their gift. Guests can purchase their gifts via telephone, email, website or by visiting one of our stores. You may make changes to your list at any time.
When to Register
We recommend registering at least three months before your event. Do give your guests plenty of choice by selecting lower and higher priced gifts. Guests often buy gifts in conjunction with others so don't forget that higher priced items might be purchased this way.
After you Register
Let your family and friends know you have registered at Milly's. Guests can view your gift selection at any time by logging on to millyskitchen.co.nz, searching for your registry in the Find a Registry section, using either first or surname then selecting your personal list. There is no password required to view your list. Purchases are removed from your list in "real time" so your list is always current.
Gifts purchased from your list will be wrapped (as you spevify) and will include a gift-tag with the guest's message.
Gifts will be stored at Milly's and complimentary delivery, anywhere in New Zealand, will be arranged to be dispatched on a date that you specify. Alternatively, gifts can be stored and collected from our store. Details of this will be arranged with our consultant prior to the big day.
Providing you have listed them guests can choose the option of purchasing gift vouchers (either instore, online or both). These can be purchased in denominations of $25, $50 and $100 vouchers and are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. We can issue one instore voucher for the total purchased, or individuals, depending on your preference.
Please note, vouchers are excluded from the 'Milly's Gift to you' offer total.
Milly's Gift to You
We are delighted that you have chosen Milly's Kitchen for your register and we would like you to receive a gift from us too. For every $1000.00* your guests purchase you will receive a $50.00 Milly's Gift Voucher. We will organise this with you when all the gifts have been purchased.

Your Member Password
You can create a Milly's online account where you will be able to access your registry to update the quantity or products that you have selected. As a manager of the list you can make these changes n the administration section but your guests can find the registry easily without needing a password.

WHAT DOES THE GUEST SEE ON OUR WEDDING REGISTER?
The guest can only see the products registered, what's been purchased or is still available and the price.
HOW DO WE KNOW WHAT HAS BEEN PURCHASED?
When looking at a registry you will see what the registrant/s would like in the 'Wants' field, what's been purchased in the 'Has' field and what's still available from the registry in the 'Needs' field. Purchases are updated in the list in real-time for online purchases and shortly after they've been made for instore purchases, so your list is always current and guests cannot select a gift that has already been taken.
CAN OUR GUESTS BUY A GIFT INSTORE?
Yes, your guests can take the list to Milly's and select an item in the store. They need to ensure that they inform the staff member that the purchase is for a Milly's Registry, so it can be updated on your online list. This is important for you so you can avoid any double ups of gifts. Of course, we are happy to exchange any item purchased from a Milly's registry providing it is in it's original condition and packaging.
WHAT ABOUT OUT OF STOCKS AND PRICE CHANGES?
Occasionally there will be the unavoidable situation or an item becoming unavailable after you have put it on your registry. If you wish to wait for out of stock items to be ordered in for you - You can advise this by replying to your confirmation email with your requirements. If you choose this option, then the item will be dispatched to you once it comes available.
If the item becomes a deleted line and is no longer available at all, then we will keep you informed and suggest an alternative product. All prices on products are subject to price changes, and any products on the list will be automatically updated when a price change or special offer occurs. If a guest purchases a gift off the wedding list at a certain price, then they will be charged the price at that time, even if there is a price change before the delivery date.
CAN OUR GUESTS INCLUDE A GIFT CARD?
Yes, in the checkout process there is a stage where they can select to include a gift note. If selected, then they can enter a personalised message which will be included with their gift.
WILL OUR GUESTS BE CHARGED DELIVERY?
We collect your gifts for purchases made online here at the store and deliver them to you as agreed (or have them ready for your collection on the agreed date). Where guests have been instore and made their gift selection, we encourage them to leave their gift with the rest we have here or take them with them to give to you themselves as you request, however this is ultimately their decision.
CAN WE HAVE OUR GIFTS DELIVERED LATER?
We will collect your gifts together here and deliver them all in one large delivery (or have them ready for your collection as you decide). Many couples request that their gifts be held until after they return from their honeymoon, we're happy to organise the delivery date as you decide.
Note - please make sure you give us good contact details so that we can be in touch and arrange a suitable delivery time on your requested date. All parcels are sent by courier and therefore it must be a physical address, and you need to allow to have someone present to receive the parcels. Our courier is signature required.
