Please note we cannot accept instore vouchers online, these must be used instore or you can send them to us to redeem manually. Please email customerservice@millys.co.nz for advice on how we can organise this for you.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes, all order transactions are completed using a secure site with Windcave.

What if I want to make payment by Cheque or Direct Credit?

We have endeavoured to make our online ordering as secure for you as possible, but if you are still reluctant to use a credit card online then you can pay by direct deposit. Simply go through the online selection process and print off your order within the shopping cart. Email the details for what you'd like to order through to customerservice@millys.co.nz and we will process your order manually, then provide to you the bank account details to make the payment. Please note, until an invoice has been processed and generated for payment we are not able to secure the goods for your purchase and if an order is placed on the site or instore the stock will be taken for that order. If the goods are available to order from our supplier we will let you know an idea of when we would expect to be able to fill your order.
