A tip from our Wilton decorators: When looking for a particular colour consider the colour of the icing you're working with and manage your addition accordingly. This is particularly important for darker shades like red and black, we suggest starting with a chocolate icing for black and a raspberry for red, so your icing colour isn't white from the beginning of the process. Use a skewer to add the colour, as a little goes a long way.

Many of the brands we carry have a large selection of colours and specialty products that we don't necessarily carry in store, however we're happy to order these specifically for your purchase. Please select carefully as, because these are not pieces we carry instore, these items can not be returned for exchange or refund due to a change of mind.
