Precise, consistent slices and julienne cuts - fast. The OXO Good Grips V-Blade Mandoline Slicer has a sharp V-shaped hardened stainless steel blade that glides through everything from firm potatoes to soft tomatoes with ease. Choose from four thickness settings (1.5, 3.0, 4.5 and 6.0mm) and swap between straight slicing and julienne blades for French fry-style strips and julienne cuts. The textured surface keeps food from sticking as you work, and the food holder grips ingredients securely to keep fingers safely away from the blade.

All blades store on the board when not in use. Feet fold away and the mandoline locks flat for safe, compact storage.
