CHARACTERISTICS
The durable cast iron material is an excellent heat conductor and retains heat for a long time.
This unique 'roval'(not entirely round nor oval) shape provides a capacity up to 5.5 L.
The inside and outside of the dutch oven is applied with three layers of enamel, as a result of which it can be put to use immediately. Perfect for crispy frying, stewing and caramelising. The extra-thick enamel finish is scratch-resistant, making this dutch oven extremely easy to clean and maintain. The bottom even prevents scratches on your hob and kitchen counter.
Thanks to the small nubs under the lid, the evaporated cooking juices can be optimally used for making your dish more tender. The picots distribute the cooking juices uniformly and ensure that the preparation is sprinkled naturally and continuously with this moisture.
