From a traditional Christmas pudding to a comforting steamed sponge, the Mason Cash Cane Pudding Basin 900ml is made for the sort of baking worth taking your time over. Its classic shape gives your pudding its familiar rounded form and helps it release after steaming, ready for that first generous spoonful.
The shaped rim helps you secure a covering before steaming, while the vented base lets bubbles escape from underneath the basin to help keep it stable in the pan. At 16cm in diameter and 9cm high, it's a useful size to keep in the kitchen, with a 900ml capacity.
Between puddings, put it to work as a prep bowl or bring it to the table for serving. The classic cane design coordinates with Mason Cash's mixing bowls, making it a lovely addition to a well-used baking collection.

Mason Cash has been crafting kitchenware since the 1800s, but it was in 1901 that they introduced the iconic mixing bowl that would define the brand for over a century. Barely altered since its original design, that bowl is a testament to the enduring appeal of honest, well-made kitchen tools - a true design classic.
Today, Mason Cash offers a beautifully considered range of kitchenware, from oven-to-tableware and tabletop pieces to cake decorating equipment. Lovingly designed in England and loved around the world, every piece carries that same spirit of timeless, practical craftsmanship.
