Fermentation is all about keeping things clean and controlled - and the Kilner Fermentation Tongs are designed with exactly that in mind. Purpose-built for handling fermentation weights, vegetables and ingredients at every stage of the process, they make fermenting tidier, more precise and easier to manage than improvising with regular kitchen tools.
The silicone-tipped ends grip both food and glass fermentation weights securely, and the ridged edge keeps the tongs elevated from the work surface between uses to minimise cross-contamination. At 22cm they're a handy size for reaching into wide-mouth jars. Stainless steel and silicone construction, dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. Ideal for use with Kilner Wide Mouth Jars and Fermentation Sets.
