A little Christmas cheer, one tiny gingerbread at a time. Gingerbread Folk Mini Christmas Gingerbreads are bite-sized, lightly spiced biscuits in a variety of festive shapes, ready to enjoy straight from the box. Pop a few beside your afternoon cuppa or bring them out for a small sweet treat when visitors arrive.

Presented in a gift box, these mini morsels make a lovely addition to a Christmas hamper, a little thank-you for a teacher or colleague, or a stocking filler for a gingerbread fan. They're also a fun way to bring a festive touch to a lunchbox in the lead-up to Christmas.

Made in Australia, the gingerbreads are vegan, dairy-free, egg-free, nut-free and palm-oil-free, with no added colours, flavours or preservatives. A small box of festive treats for sharing, gifting or keeping close to the kettle.

Since 2000, Gingerbread Folk has been baking with a conscience, creating gingerbread that brings people together while putting kindness at the heart of the business. Their traditional, chocolate and gluten-free gingerbread combines a hint of ginger with a delicate balance of sweet spice, using simple ingredients with nothing unnecessary and nothing unknown. Every product is vegan, and the gluten-free range is endorsed by Coeliac Australia.

That thoughtful approach goes beyond the baking. Gingerbread Folk avoids plastic wherever possible, uses compostable packaging film and powers its operations with GreenPower and rooftop solar. Through partnerships with charities and community groups, they also share the joy of gingerbread house-making with people who might otherwise miss out.
