Made from Emile Henry’s HR® (High Resistance) ceramic, heat is distributed evenly and gently right to the centre of the mixture, helping everything rise and bake perfectly. A light coating of oil on the inside is all you need for a natural non-stick effect - no special coating required. The glaze is knife-safe, PFAS-free, BPA-free and lead-free, and won’t stain or alter the taste of your food. Oven, freezer, microwave and dishwasher safe.
