Its Surface Glide Technology™ grooved platform helps food move smoothly across the cutting surface, while six thickness settings let you adjust your slices to suit the recipe.

Three interchangeable blades give you straight slicing, crinkle and waffle cutting, and grating options. Switch between them for everyday preparation or a little extra detail when you're serving vegetables. Soft-coated handles provide a comfortable, non-slip grip, with non-slip feet and a bowl notch to help keep the mandoline stable during use.

A hand guard is included to help keep your fingers away from the blades. Always use it when slicing. For cleaning, place the body and hand guard on the dishwasher's top rack and hand rinse the blades.
