The Borner V5 Powerline Starter Set is the complete kit for cooks who want to do it all - slicing, julienne, dicing and strips, all with the same razor-sharp German-engineered precision. It’s a step up from the V5 Basic Set, adding the 3.5mm and 7mm blade inserts so you can julienne vegetables, cut fine or coarse strips, and dice onions without any extra tools.
What makes the V5 Powerline genuinely special is that it’s the only slicer that can produce cubes without first scoring the food with a knife - just feed the vegetable through and it does the work. The micro-fine ground stainless-steel blades handle even the hardest root vegetables with ease, and the side-button insert system makes swapping blades quick and effortless. The included Insert Storage Box keeps all the blades safely stored and doubles as a stand for the slicer when in use.
