Care & Use
These plates are dishwasher safe, though we'd give it a quick rinse first if there's anything stubborn stuck on. Microwave safe too. Avoid sudden temperature changes (don't take it straight from the fridge to a hot oven). The hand-glazed finish is durable, but like all fine porcelain, it'll appreciate not being stacked too roughly or knocked about. Treat it with a bit of respect and it'll be part of your table for years to come.
Can I use this in the oven?
It's oven-safe for warming but not designed for cooking from scratch in the oven.
Will the glaze fade over time?
Not with normal use and care. The hand-glazed finish is fired at high temperatures, so it's there to stay.
Is it heavy?
It's got a nice weight to it, feels quality without being cumbersome. Substantial enough to feel special, light enough for everyday use.
