PROFESSIONAL RESULTS IN RECORD TIME
Inspired by the technically sophisticated world of timepieces, the HORL3 Pro is equipped with a planetary gear inside. With a gearing ratio of 1 to 3, results are achieved three times faster than with the HORL3.

HIGHEST PRECISION AT ALL ANGLES
The HORL3 Pro Angle Support offers a choice of six grinding angles with three latching positions. In addition to the regular grinding angles of 15° and 20° for filigree and robust sharpness, four more angles are available for individual and extreme uses. 20°, 22° and 25° ensure long-lasting sharpness with tough steels. 15°, 13° and 10° provide filigree sharpness with hard steels.

The main steps.
Make sure that the worktop, sharpener, magnetic angle support and knives are clean before use. As diamond particles and steel abrasion may arise, choose a work surface that will not be damaged by them. The sharpening process requires your complete attention! Never roll the sharpener beyond the tip of the blade and only apply gentle pressure when sharpening, so that the knife does not bend as you work.

Affix Position the magnetic angle support with its feet on a non-slip surface. Then affix the knife to the S-Pad so that it is held securely.
Grind Keep the magnetic angle support steady by pressing it firmly. Then gently roll the diamond grinding disk back and forth along the cutting edge with only a gentle pressure.
Turn over Turn the knife around and repeat the grinding process on the other side of the blade to achieve an even sharpening result.
Hone To refine the cutting edge and remove any burr, rotate the sharpener 180° and repeat steps 2 and 3 with the ceramic honing disk. For optimal sharpness, wipe the knife with a cloth or strop with a leather.
