Premium Nonstick Performance
A premium nonstick interior ensures effortless cake release, preserving every intricate hexagonal cell and honeybee detail as you unmold your creation. Cleanup is quick and simple; just hand wash with warm, soapy water to maintain the nonstick coating's lasting performance. Extended soaking is not recommended, and avoiding metal utensils or abrasive cleaners will keep the surface in top condition for years to come.

Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. We recommend using a cake release to coat your Nordic Ware bundt pans like PME Release-a-cake) which will easily allow for your detailed bundt to be released from the pan.
Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray, they often contain extra agents which are not good for your pan's surface.
Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than ¾ full to avoid overflow.
Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.
