Thanks to their spring-loaded quick-release, you can unleash the magic of the HORL Scissors with a single movement. After overcoming a slight resistance, the scissor halves easily separate – without needing any tools.
PERFECTLY POSITIONED
A technical masterpiece is integrated into the design: Thanks to three perfectly aligned contact surfaces, the halves of HORL Scissors stand by themselves at an optimum 45° grinding angle. Without any angle support.
The HORL story began in 2016 when father-and-son duo Otmar and Timo Horl founded the company in Freiburg, Germany, with a mission to simplify professional-grade knife sharpening. Manufactured with exceptional craftsmanship in the Black Forest, the HORL system has revolutionised how home cooks and professionals maintain their blades.

The unique HORL Rolling Sharpener is paired with a magnetic Angle Support, which holds your knife at a consistent 15° (for fine Japanese blades) or 20° (for robust Western blades). This eliminates the tricky guesswork of free-hand sharpening. With a quick roll of the durable diamond grinding disc and the ceramic honing disc, you achieve a flawless, razor-sharp edge in minutes.

Many of the brands we carry have a large selection of colours and specialty products that we don't necessarily carry in-store, however we're happy to order these specifically for your purchase.
Please select carefully as, because these are not pieces we carry in-store, these items can not be returned for exchange or refund due to a change of mind.
Occasionally we're advised of delays or out-of-stock issues from our suppliers, we will contact you as soon as we're made aware of these and you can decide how you'd like to proceed from there.
