White Chocolate, Cranberry and Pistachio Slice
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup condensed milk
60g butter
180g white chocolate, roughly chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup roasted pistachio nuts
150g crushed vanilla wine (or similar) biscuits
METHOD
Line an 8 x 26cm bar pan. Place condensed milk and butter into a saucepan and melt over a gentle heat. add the white chocolate and combine until smooth.
Add to the dry ingredients and combine well. Press firmly into the bar pan and refrigerate until set - approx 3 hours. Remove from the pan and slice into thin slices.
