WMF brings to us the Ceramill De Luxe mill range with such a great design combining Cromargan and glass.

The aroma protection lid sits tightly on the De Luxe spice mill and protects the grinder and preserves the salt or pepper.

It includes the WMF exclusive grinding mechanism made from high-quality ceramic material, not plastic, which has a limited life cycle or steel, which is prone to corrosion. The ceramic mechanism is harder than steel and is non-corrosive so grinding salt crystal is not problematic, it is also food neutral and abrasion-free.

The mills are easily refilled and the grinding level can be adjusted from coarse up to totally fine by using the inside adjustment wheel which allows the continuous adjustment of the grinding fineness. For cleaning purposes the mechanism can also be removed easily.
