Place in a tightly sealed plastic bag and let it rest for 15 minutes at room temperature. Turn out of surface lightly dusted with sugar. Knead for about 5 minutes, gradually working 35 gram of confectioner’s sugar. Mixture should be smooth and non-sticky.
