You get a full load of pepper, in both senses, with the GERA USB electric pepper mill from Zassenhaus. Battery changes are a thing of the past, as the device can be easily recharged using the included USB cable. With a simple twist, you can quickly and effortlessly refill salt, pepper, or herbs, and with another turn, you can select your desired grind setting at the bottom. The mill fits comfortably in hand and delivers the desired seasoning at the press of a button. Your other hand remains free for kitchen tools and more. For seasoning during a candlelight dinner or at an evening garden table, the small LED light at the base provides ample illumination. The GERA USB can operate for up to 70 minutes before needing a recharge. Simply plug the included USB cable into the mill and a suitable power source—after about 90 minutes, the indicator light changes from red to green, and you’re ready to grind again.
