This is the same specialized, anodized aluminum used for Fat Daddio’s cake pans that seasoned chefs in the foodservice industry use to bake deep-dish pizzas in commercial kitchens, pizzerias, and restaurants. The silver pan construction offers versatility beyond the oven as it provides superior heat distribution and cooling qualities preventing overbaking once out of the oven. It is non-reactive to acidic foods making it the ideal choice for citrus, wine, or tomato-based pizza sauce ingredients. The holes across the pan's surface ensure air circulates freely to achieve that sought-after crisp crust texture without sacrificing the pizza's texture and flavor. The seamless design and easy-to-clean surface make post-cooking cleanup a breeze. Free from extra metals, chemical coatings, dyes, CFC’s, PFAS, PTFE’s or PFOA’s, these pans will never rust, peel, or chip. Do not expose directly to fire or temperatures greater than 550° F (285° C).
