Includes Pasta Roller, Spaghetti Cutter and Fettuccine Cutter.
Commercial Style Stainless Steel Rollers and Cutters: Commercial-style stainless steel pasta rollers and cutters for smooth rolling and clean cutting of pasta dough. Powered by the Mixer: To make quick and easy work of fresh homemade pasta in your kitchen using the 3-Piece Pasta Roller & Cutter Set. Pasta Roller: Rolls 6-inch sheets of pasta with 8 thickness settings to adjust to your desired sheet thickness. Spaghetti Cutter: Cuts pasta sheets into classic Spaghetti noodles. Fettuccine Cutter Cuts pasta sheets into hearty Fettuccine noodles.
Lubricate your pasta roller:
Clean properly after use as described above.
We recommend using light mineral oil to lubricate the gears periodically. Add a drop of mineral oil to each of the far corners of the rollers and/or cutters to lubricate the gears (4 locations).
This can be done annually or after 50 uses.
To clean pasta sheet roller and cutter attachments:
Let parts air dry for one hour and then remove any dried dough using the Cleaning Brush.
If dried dough cannot be removed, try hand-tapping the attachment. A toothpick can be used if necessary.
Never use a knife or other sharp object to remove excess dough.
Polish with a soft, dry cloth and store attachment pieces in a dry place at room temperature.
NOTE: Never wash or immerse attachments in water or other liquid. Never wash in dishwasher. Do not run a dishtowel or any other cloth through the rollers to clean them. Do not insert objects such as knives, screwdrivers, etc., to clean the unit.

Many of the brands we carry have a large selection of colours and specialty products that we don't necessarily carry in-store, however we're happy to order these specifically for your purchase.
Please select carefully as, because these are not pieces we carry in-store, these items can not be returned for exchange or refund due to a change of mind.
Occasionally we're advised of delays or out-of-stock issues from our suppliers, we will contact you as soon as we're made aware of these and you can decide how you'd like to proceed from there.
