Made from white porcelain. The Kina series features a textural relief design with a clear glaze inside and outside.
Each piece comes boxed with an image of the design on the lid and a story about the meaning of the design on the box bottom, as well as a story card inside about the artist and design.
These pieces feature irregularities in both shape and form; this is part of the organic nature of the collection.

Jo Luping Design bowls are suitable to be used in a dishwasher and use food safe glazes, so fill them with olive oils and pesto for dips or store small treasures like earrings and rings. They come in a small gift box to make your gift giving easy.
Jo Luping Design started as many small cottage businesses start, in the garage. “I had spent some time after art school travelling through Europe when I came upon Gaudi’s Parc Guell. And so began my obsession with glazes and the rich deep colours that you can achieve from this medium. I returned to New Zealand, opened a studio and began in 1994 to develop my first series of ceramic art tiles. Since then I have grown to work in a wide range of mediums ranging from ceramics, to textiles, to precious metals and now to upcycled plastic and glass waste."

Occasionally we're advised of delays or out-of-stock issues from our suppliers, we will contact you as soon as we're made aware of these and you can decide how you'd like to proceed from there.
