Perfect for using in buttercream frosting, royal icing and more, this white gel icing colour brightens your buttercream and lightens your coloured icing with just a few drops. It's also concentrated, so a little goes a long way. Get a clean, bright white for a wedding cake, or use it to lighten up a darker frosting colour. Simply apply a small amount of food dye to your frosting or icing, then mix to incorporate. Also safe to use in batters, doughs and other foods, this bright white food dye is a great way to personalize your treats.
Great for getting a true, pure white for wedding and anniversary cakes.
For bright colours, add a little white-white icing colour to your tinted icing; for pure, bright white, add it to your favorite buttercream or Snow White frosting recipe (all shortening buttercream recipe)
Use individually or mix with other icing colours to achieve new shades.
