Wash in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly.

Everyday Cooking

Use low to medium heat; the pans conduct heat extremely efficiently.
Lightly oil the nonstick cups before poaching for the best release.
Use only wooden, silicone, or plastic utensils for the egg cups to protect the non-stick surface.

Cleaning

Let the pan cool before washing.
Handwash with warm, soapy water (recommended).
Avoid abrasive sponges, steel wool, and harsh cleaners.
Dishwasher safe, but frequent dishwashing may shorten the life of the non-stick coating.

Heat & Cooktops
