Optimal baking: Tinplate is an excellent heat conductor, allowing for fast and even cooking, as well as beautiful browning of your baked goods. Before baking, grease your pan thoroughly; unmoulding will be much easier.

- Do not cut directly inside with a sharp object.
- Do not freeze or place in a bain-marie.
- Do not expose to direct flame.
- Do not put in the dishwasher.
- Wash with dish soap without using an abrasive sponge and dry thoroughly.
