The Essteele Per Vita Open French Skillet is the pan you reach for when you want high heat, a good sear and quick, responsive cooking - eggs, fish, sautéed greens, pan sauces, steaks. The open design and gently flared sides give you easy access for flipping and tossing, and the wide cooking surface means more food in contact with the heat at once.
Built on the same Per Vita foundations as the rest of the range - solid copper base layer for rapid and even heat distribution, heavyweight aluminium core permanently sealed in stainless steel to eliminate hot spots, and 18/10 stainless steel with a mirror finish throughout. Riveted stainless steel handle, suitable for all stovetops including induction, oven safe to 240°C, and dishwasher safe. Backed by a lifetime warranty. Made in Italy. Available in 24cm and 28cm.
