CHARACTERISTICS
Cast iron is a durable material, which diffuses and preserves heat optimally.
Enamelled cast iron is directly ready for use. It is perfect for browning, simmering, caramelising and ideal for baking. The thick enamel finish is scratch-resistant and makes it much easier to clean and maintain the casserole. The bottom helps prevent scratches on your hob and worktop.
Thanks to the picots under the lid, the evaporating cooking juices are optimally recovered to distribute evenly over the food. This natural and continuous basting, allows the meats to remain tender, the vegetables to keep their softness and the flavours are preserved.
