Remove the insert and you have a large bread loaf pan. Whip up a vanilla pound cake or banana bread, small lasagna or a frozen dessert. So many options with just one pan. Reinforced rims provide needed grip and increased strength and warp resistance. The ridged design aids in even air circulation as well as warp resistance and strength.
