Non-Stick and manufactured from heavy gauge steel, this tray is designed to maintain its shape and not warp in use.
Tray Dimensions: 29x22cm Each Cinnamon Oyster: 6cm diameter tapering to approx 2cm depth.
Please note: This is the only pan available with the rounded Cinnamon Oyster shape, however this pan is specifically designed for an English mince pie or tart, so it's quite a shallow Cinnamon Oyster, however we've made them often with fantastic results. If you're wanting a deeper bake it's best to use a Hemisphere mould, muffin pan or patty case.
