Becky Excell is a best-selling author and full-time gluten-free food writer with a following of over 1 million on her social media channels and over 1 million monthly views on her award-winning blog.

She’s been eating gluten-free for nearly 15 years and writes recipes for numerous print and online publications. She has made various TV appearances, showing the nation how easy it is to cook delicious gluten free recipes, as well as doing cooking demos at events including the BBC Good Food Show and The Big Feastival.
