About the Author: Tarunima Sinha (@mylittlecaketin) is a self-taught baker who moved to the UK from northeast India in 2001. After immersing herself in the world of cake, Tarunima started her own business creating beautiful, floral cakes and bakes, named 'My Little Cake Tin' after the 70-year-old chapati tin in which she baked her first cakes. Her bakes have won a number of Great Taste awards and her recipes have been featured in The Observer, Waitrose Food Magazine, The Guardian, Delicious and more.
