Cut consistent strips every time with the JEM Range of Strip Cutters. Roll out your fondant or gum paste using a pasta machine or a rolling pin to the thickness required. Cut the strips on a hard surface. If you are after softer edges, they can be cut on a foam mat.

Some uses for the strip cutters are;
No.1 - Endless ribbons, shoe laces, quilling and weaving
No.2 & 3 - Endless ribbons, quilling, weaving and bows
No.4 - Larger ribbon and bows
No.5 - Bows, sides of a box or drapes
