How to Tippl . . 

make it boozy: Top your tippl with 500ml of your favourite liquor, Infuse for 3 days. Strain and enjoy over ice with your favourite mixers + your favourite people

make it booze-free: top your tippl with 500ml boiled water, infuse until cool - 24hrs is ideal. Strain and enjoy over ice with your favourite mixers + your favourite people

Once infused, your tippl will give you at least eight 50ml serves and can be kept refrigerated for up to three months.

How long do they last?

Each Tippl has a shelf life of one year from the date of production. To Keep them looking their best please try to keep them our of direct sunlight, otherwise you'll find the beautiful colours may start to fade. Once a Tippl is mixed it can be stored in the fridge for up to three months (if it lasts that long) just make sure all the solids are strained out of the liquid, so it doesn't go cloudy.

Tippl infusions are a blend of freeze dried and dehydrated fruit, botanicals and herbs, all hand made here in Napier, Hawkes Bay. Every tippl has gone through many trials and errors .. (thankfully Tippl start trials out with hot water tests before moving on to testing with something a little stronger). The single most important thing throughout the process is that the infusions genuinely taste great. To make it this far, each tippl has passed the 'oh yesss!' test ... you know that moment ... when you're like holy sh!t that's good. 

Once they pass this test Tippl try them out on a small group of trusted taste buds, friends who are either straight up honest or really bad at hiding facial expressions. So now they have a small but perfectly formed core range which are here for the long haul, they'll introduce new flavours and limited editions, some will stay, some will make guest appearances ... you'll be the judge and we look forward to the journey.
