Fondant fancies are little cakes, often layered with jam or marzipan, covered with a thin coating of poured fondant and usually adorned with icing or sugar paste flowers or other intricate decorations. Use this product to make a smooth flowing centre in chocolates. 

This convenient box of poured fondant icing mix means you can as much or as little as you want. Simply mix water into the mix, and use on top of treats or even inside some chocolate for a melting centre. You could even add it to buttercream to give it a silky finish.
