For an extensive meal you will always need a few different sauces. These can be prepared in advance, and kept hot on the cooker in different high sauce pots. Just before serving, bring the sauce to the boil in the sauce pan. If the sauce still needs to be finished (eg. with butter), whisk the sauce with a hand blender - directly in the pot - and it will be frothy in no time at all.

The convenient handle and perfect pouring lip allow you to divide the sauce directly from the high sauce pot, and to pour it over the food on the plate. This well thought-out Demeyere product also features measuring marks of up to 1 litre, for convenient measuring.
