Lightweight and suitable for all types of hob. This Wok is made from carbon steel so it heats up fast and you can get it really hot and smoking to give the true caramelised flavour.
It has a flat bottom so you can use it on modern hobs, but it still has curvature and a smooth bowl shape you need for stir frying. It feeds 2, and is ideal for stir-frying and deep frying.
