*Quick tip from the Milly's demo kitchen, the capacity of this milk frother is officially 300ml which applies to the heat function. We've found for frothing it's better for a thick foam when you do a small batch of approx 200ml with the lid off. This allows more room for a vortex to form while frothing meaning more froth/foam. When using a traditional Cappucino cup like Acme's and 200ml of milk you will get 2-3 serves with a thick foam.
