Make sure to pop in and see us Saturday the 9th of July between 10-12pm. There will be French flavours and celebrations running hot with Ryan Moore (Head chef from the Grove) making his take on a Coq au Vin, Quince Tart Tatin and individual Souffle in our demo kitchen.
Teamed with Le Creuset's Rebecca Faid's freshly baked cannele and all the tips, tricks and knowledge you could ever need to know about all things Le Creuset, if you have a question ... there's no better time to ask.
Ryan Moore: Originally from the UK, Ryan Moore moved to New Zealand in December of 2018 and quickly fell in love with the country. As head chef at The Grove, Ryan wants to focus on the finest products the country has to offer, to help him showcase a menu lead by the local ingredients with flavours driven to the fullest. With over 9 years of experience at Michelin starred restaurants across the United Kingdom, he has pushed his genuine love of food to the highest level.
Rebecca Faid: Liz first met Rebecca when she was working for Le Creuset in London nearly 10 years ago. She's since come home and is now the face of Le Creuset NZ and can answer all your Le Creuset questions. She cooks, bakes and uses Le Creuset every day, and she's lovely too.
