KitchenAid (Whirlpool) are still trying to track down the last few Artisan kettles which are part of a worldwide recall. The kettles would have been purchased between November 2013 and February 2018 and they can be identified by a serial number on the base. Kettles that fall within the recall batch qualify for a full replacement which can be organised with Whirlpool directly.
