WELCOME TO MILLY'S GIFT REGISTRY

Congratulations from the team at Milly's and welcome to our Gift Registry service. It is our aim to help you build your ultimate wish list for equipping your kitchen. You can create your own wedding registry completely online yourself or if you wish, let us assist you.
Registering is convenient and easy for both you and your guests and we welcome the opportunity to share in celebrating your special occasion.

CREATING A REGISTER

Within our website we have a general checklist which is a good way to start deciding what products you would like to place on your register.
We also invite you to make an appointment with a Milly's consultant to guide you through your choice of gifts, answer any questions and discuss your specific needs.
Once your gift selection is registered and you have verified it is accurate, your Register will be available for your guests to view and purchase their gift. Guests can purchase their gifts via telephone, email, website or by visiting one of our stores.
You may make changes to your list at any time.

WHEN TO REGISTER

We recommend registering at least three months before your event.
Do give your guests plenty of choice by selecting lower and higher priced gifts. Guests often buy gifts in conjunction with others so don't forget that higher priced items might be purchased this way.

AFTER YOU REGISTER

Let your family and friends know you have registered at Milly's.As an added convenience we can provide complimentary slips to place in with your invitations giving details of passwords, website and store locations. Guests can view your gift selection at any time by logging on to millyskitchen.co.nz and selecting your personal list.Guests cannot view your list unless they have the correct password. Purchases are removed from your list in "real time" so your list is always current.

GIFT WRAPPING

Gifts purchased from your list will be wrapped and will include a card with the guest's message.

DELIVERY

Complimentary delivery of all gifts, anywhere in New Zealand, is provided. Alternatively, gifts can be stored and collected from our store. Details of this will be arranged with our consultant prior to the big day.

YOUR MEMBER PASSWORD

We will be asking you for a password with which you will be able to access our online registry to enable you to make any changes to your delivery details and update the quantity or products that you have selected. This allows you private access to your registry.

GUEST PASSWORD

This password, separate to your own, will enable your guests to view and purchase from your register. Guests will not be able to change any of your personal details.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Guests can also choose the option of purchasing gift vouchers. These can be purchased in denominations of $25, $50 and $100 vouchers and are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

MILLY'S GIFT TO YOU

We are delighted that you have chosen Milly's Kitchen for your register and we would like you to receive a gift from us too. For every $500.00 your guests purchase you will receive a $50.00 Milly's Gift Voucher. We will organise this with you when all the gifts have been purchased.


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT DOES THE GUEST SEE ON OUR WEDDING REGISTER?

The guest can only see the available products, the price and no other details.

HOW DO WE KNOW WHAT HAS BEEN PURCHASED?

In the "Gifts" tab, located in "My Gift Registry, which you can access when signed in to your account, you can see the details of each item on the list. Purchases are updated in the list in real-time, so your list is always current and guests cannot select a gift that has already been taken.

CAN OUR GUESTS BUY A GIFT INSTORE?

Yes, your guests can take the list to Milly's and select an item in the store. They need to ensure that they inform the staff member that the purchase is for a wedding register, so it can be updated on your online list. This is important for you so you can avoid any double ups of gifts. Of course, we are happy to exchange any item purchased from a Milly's wedding register if it is in it's original condition and packaging.

WHAT ABOUT OUT OF STOCKS AND PRICE CHANGES?

Occasionally there will be the unavoidable situation or an item becoming unavailable after you have put it on your wedding list. If you wish to wait for out of stock items to be ordered in for you - You can advise this by replying to your confirmation email with your requirements. If you choose this option, then the item will be despatched to you once it comes available.
If the item becomes a deleted line and is no longer available at all, then we will keep you informed and suggest an alternative product. If the item has been purchased already, then the guest will be informed and asked to make an alternative choice.
All prices on products are subject to price changes, and any products on the list will be automatically updated when a price change or special offer occurs. If a guest purchases a gift off the wedding list at a certain price, then they will be charged the price at that time, even if their is a price change before the delivery date.

CAN OUR GUESTS INCLUDE A GIFT CARD?

Yes, in the checkout process there is a stage where they can select to include a gift note. If selected, then they can enter a personalised message which will be included with their gift.

WILL GIFTS BE GIFTWRAPPED?

Yes, all gifts will be giftwrapped especially for your wedding.

WILL OUR GUESTS BE CHARGED DELIVERY?

Delivery is a free service for all wedding registry purchases. Guests will not be charged a freight charge on their purchase. All they will need to do is include a special FREE freight promo code "wedding" into the shopping cart area.

CAN WE HAVE OUR GIFTS DELIVERED LATER?

You can have the option of having your gifts delivered either gradually as they are purchased, or held for you until your specified delivery date and delivered in one large delivery. Many couples request that their gifts be held until after they return from their honeymoon. You can do this by replying to your confirmation email with your requirements.

Note - please make sure you give us good contact details so that we can be in touch and arrange a suitable delivery time on your requested date. All parcels are sent by courier and therefore it must be a physical address, and you need to allow to have someone present to receive the parcels. Our courier will not leave gifts at an unattended address unless this is previously agreed to.
