Viva's White Sangria Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 large cucumber, sliced thinly with skin on
10cm ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
6 large radishes, thinly sliced
1 cup pink grapefruit juice
1 bottle dry bubbles
Ice

We couldn't resist this glass drinks server from Milly's of Ponsonby - it's the perfect way to keep the drinks flowing when you have a big crowd. Fill it with lashings of ice-cold green tea, apple juice and slices of lemon and orange - vodka optional - or try Viva photographer Babiche Martens' white sangria recipe:

Combine cucumber, ginger, radishes and grapefruit juice in the server. Chill for at least 2 hours. Add bubbles, stir gently, add ice and serve.
