Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease 2x 6" Cake tins. (Recipe can be adapted for 1x Deep 8" or shallow 9" cake, approx 18 Std cupcakes.)
Sift the dry ingrdients in to your mixer bowl then add the wet ingredients. Beat for a few seconds to incorporate, then pause and scrape down the sides of the bowl. Beat again for approx 20-30secs, until there are no lumps. Pour into your prepared tins and bake for approx 50mins.
