Join us for a cookie decorating workshop and get in-front of this popular decorating trend with all the knowledge and skills you'll need to start creating your own iced cookies for your next event. In this fun 2 hour workshop you will learn everything you need to know about handling, making and using Royal icing. We will show you how to colour your icing, outline and flood the cookies then finish with edible lustre dusts and sprinkles for picture perfect results. The skills you will learn in this workshop can be translated into creating similar creations of your own design in the future!
Learning outcomes include: - Technique and methods for royal icing. - Colour icing & icing consistancies. - Outlining and flooding. - Decorate with Sprinkles & Lustres.

Milly’s will continue to observe best practice with regards to health and safety, and hygiene protocols. You will also be able to ‘check in’ using your New Zealand Covid Tracer App. Please note, in order to have the best learning experience, our classes are very ‘hands-on’ and we often require students to gather together to observe demonstrations and to share resources plus your tutor will circulate around the class to provide individual tuition. Please Note: This payment is for an online booking for a class, there are no physical vouchers or forms posted, you will receive an email from our Cookschool confirming your booking, including information around what to bring with you for the class. Please check your spam mail for this email if you've not heard from us.
Cancellations advised more than ten days from the class will receive a full refund. Between ten days and 48 hours before the class, we offer a 50% refund due to administration fee and loss of space. Classes advised within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund or a transfer to another class unless we are able to fill the vacancy from any waiting list we are holding. Transferred classes cannot be refunded. Occasionally, we are unable to reach the minimum numbers required for a class to go ahead and we must cancel at short notice - if this should happen, we will give you as much notice as we can and will, of course, provide you with a full refund of your course cost.
