About the Author:  Becky Excell is a best-selling author and full-time gluten-free food writer with a following of over 1 million on her social media channels and over 1 million monthly views on her award-winning blog. She won the Observer Food Monthly’s Best Food Personality award in 2022 as well as the Blogosphere Awards Food Creator of the Year. She’s been eating gluten-free for nearly 15 years and writes recipes for numerous print and online publications.
