Purchasing from online shopping gives customers convenient, quick, easy and secure purchasing options. Items displayed on the site can be purchased using our real-time, online Mastercard or Visa transaction facility. Customers have the confidence in knowing that all of their details are protected by the latest 128bit security mechanisms, and are used only for the purposes of the transaction. Should the customer prefer, we also have Humm or LayBuy payment options available.


Prices displayed on the website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$). Prices displayed include GST (15%).

All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter the price for any reason. If this happens with an item you have ordered, we will contact you prior to delivery.

Special Pricing & Gifts with Purchase are subject to availability and we reserve the right to amend or cancel these without notice. If this happens with an item you have ordered, we will contact you prior to delivery.


Security is one of our highest priorities. uses technology called SSL - Secure Sockets Layer. This means at the checkout, our servers and your PC encrypt (scramble) everything that you enter into your computer, such as credit card details, billing and delivery address.
Because it is encrypted, outside influences are unable to make sense of it, therefore keeping this information private.

Millys Kitchen is committed to deliver your order as quickly as possible or to deliver your order at the most appropriate time according to your special delivery instructions. At Milly's, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not happy, we will gladly replace, exchange (subject to availability) or refund within 14 days of purchasing any goods returned un-used with the applicable packaging as supplied.


Delivery charges are calculated within the checkout via your postal code. Before proceeding to the checkout. Delivery charges are in New Zealand dollars and include GST, cover packaging, delivery and insurance.

The estimated delivery time is within 2-3 business days, however if you are within the rural delivery areas the estimate for delivery may incur additional time. If an item is ordered that is out of stock, we will advise the due date on delivery and notify of any expected delays.

All Deliveries are made by Aramex Couriers and require a street address for delivery, as all parcels are sent by Signature Required service. If you are not home when the courier calls, a card will be left in your letterbox and the courier company will arrange a delivery time for when you are home.

We are sorry but we do not deliver outside of New Zealand. 

Returns Policy

If your order is not to your satisfaction, please contact us at or phone us on 09-376-1550 to discuss your concerns.

If you have received your order and it is damaged, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery, by email or phone. We will ask for images of the damage, to start an insurance claim with the courier, then organise a replacement or credit as necessary. Any replacements are subject to stock availability however we will endeavour to keep you informed with any delays in replacement products.

If you wish to return your order, please ensure that all items are returned in the original, unused condition, with the original packaging, within 7 days of advising Milly's via phone or email.

Stock Quality and Supply

We are a family owned store, and we hand pick our stock from local suppliers and we also import selected pieces from suppliers in Europe and America. We endeavour to maintain ample stocks of all our products, however sometimes we cannot accurately forecast customer demand. This places extreme pressure on our suppliers. In such cases, we will give you our best estimate as to when the product is likely to be available.

Throughout the year market conditions outside of our control may affect the supply and cost of products. In these circumstances Milly's Kitchen will consult with you first, and reserve the right to suggest appropriate substitutions whilst maintaining the value of your order and integrity of the finished product.


We take your privacy seriously and want to make your shopping experience as safe, satisfying, convenient and pleasurable as possible. Your order is protected at all steps by using our secure server. While we may (with your permission) securely store your customer details, etc... we do not sell, trade or share this information with anyone.

Your Information - collection and storage.

When you order from we ask you for your e-mail address, and we need to know your first and last names, your telephone number (in case any one of our staff need to contact you regarding your order or the courier's having trouble with delivery) and your address. This information is currently used solely to fulfil your order. Your personal information is stored both online and in our order processing system in a secure and responsible way, however both systems have built in security and are not available to unauthorised persons. In the future we may use this information to assist you with repeat visits - with your permission of course! By using our website you have agreed to our latest terms & conditions. By signing up for our mailing list you will receive fortnightly emails from Milly's Kitchen Ltd (and occasionally selected third-party partners). 

Do we collect any other Information?

Yes. Milly's Kitchen does collect information on the usage of the site, such as pages visited and most popular pages. This helps us determine what our customers are most interested in and we can keep our site as up to date as possible regarding new products etc. We ARE NOT able to tell who you are from this information and while it is stored on our secure systems we do not pass it onto any third parties. 

Changes to your personal Information.

Your personal information is available online for you to view, using your unique password and email to log-on to your account. If you wish to change certain details in the information that is held about you, you can do so using the online editing function.

Class Cancellation Policy

Cancellations advised more than ten days from the class will receive a full refund. Between ten days and 48 hours before the class, we offer a 50% refund due to administration fee and loss of space. Classes advised within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund or a transfer to another class unless we are able to fill the vacancy from any waiting list we are holding. Transferred classes cannot be refunded. Occasionally, we are unable to reach the minimum numbers required for a class to go ahead and we must cancel at short notice - if this should happen, we will give you as much notice as we can and will, of course, provide you with a full refund of your course cost.
