Cancellations advised more than ten days from the class will receive a full refund. Between ten days and 48 hours before the class, we offer a 50% refund due to administration fee and loss of space. Classes advised within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund or a transfer to another class unless we are able to fill the vacancy from any waiting list we are holding. Transferred classes cannot be refunded. Occasionally, we are unable to reach the minimum numbers required for a class to go ahead and we must cancel at short notice - if this should happen, we will give you as much notice as we can and will, of course, provide you with a full refund of your course cost.
How do you book a Class at Milly's?
You can purchase your booking on the class listing or call us on 09-283-0225 or email us at email@example.com stating the course, your name, contact phone number and email address.
Please Note: We will come back to you with details for how you can make your payment, but any bookings received through online orders during this time will take any spaces available and they can not be reserved. Payment must be made at the time of booking to be able to secure your placement within the class. This applies to all courses and all classes that Milly's hold.
