In celebration of its first ten years, national food education charity Garden to Table Trust has published a beautiful cookbook with a cause that champions growing, harvesting, preparing and sharing vegetable-based meals. Written by co-founder Catherine Bell, all profits from Bounty – Cooking with Vegetables, will go directly to the Trust, enabling it to provide more children and their families with the fundamental skills of growing and cooking. Each chapter heroes a specific vegetable group, offering growing information alongside 80 delicious recipes for preparing them, ranging from snacks and starters, to sides and salads, main dishes and even baking.
