We'll prepare, cook and serve 'dinner for friends' plus we'll show you how to make most of these versatile cookware pieces and how to care for them so they last you for a lifetime of wonderful flavours.
Our guest tutor Judy Harper is a master of Le Creuset. She'll combine her wealth of industry experience with today's trends in food and cooking to show you how to make traditional Le Creuset cast iron cookware totally relevant to today's cooking styles. She is passionate about Le Creuset and maximising the functionaltiy and longevity of the product. Judy has some impressive recipes and tips up her sleeve – just perfect for entertaining friends and family.

Le Creuset Home Economist Judy Harper: Born and raised in the UK I have a long working history with all things food related . I started out in the field of food science and technology working for a confectionary company and later at the University of Hull before becoming a food stylist and home economist some 25 years ago. As Le Creuset Home Economist I undertake many rolls from product training to new product development and recipe writing. In my years with the Le Creuset Group I have had great opportunities to travel and have worked in France, Germany, Scandinavia, Ireland and America. Last year I joined my husband to live in Wellington and whilst I continue my global role with the group I am now able to enjoy having a more hands on role working and growing the business with Le Creuset New Zealand and Australia.

- This class is two hours long with a break about halfway through.
- This is a demonstration class. Demonstration classes are seated around stainless steel bench with plenty of room to take notes and plenty of time with the chef.
- You will enjoy a serving of each of the dishes prepared.
- We endeavour to make sure that our recipes are as free from common allergens as we can but specific classes cannot be changed (i.e. seafood or meat classes). Please make us aware of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. We are unable to make adjustments to recipes on the day of the class.
Cancellations advised more than ten days from the class will receive a full refund. Between ten days and 48 hours before the class, we offer a 50% refund due to administration fee and loss of space. Classes advised within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund or a transfer to another class unless we are able to fill the vacancy from any waiting list we are holding. Transferred classes cannot be refunded. Occasionally, we are unable to reach the minimum numbers required for a class to go ahead and we must cancel at short notice - if this should happen, we will give you as much notice as we can and will, of course, provide you with a full refund of your course cost.
